Work order management
Failure reports, planned maintenance and repair orders run through ABF/BON flows with tracked approvals.
This project was built for TPIC · Türkiye Petrolleri Uluslararası Şirketi .
ENBA (OilWatch) unifies maintenance work orders, equipment and stock movements, personnel competencies and field reporting for TPIC's field crews on one platform.
On the oil field, maintenance work orders, stock movements and personnel competencies lived in separate files and systems. Reaching an asset's maintenance history required checking multiple sources, nobody was notified in time when stock hit critical levels, and shift planning plus competency matching depended on individual experience.
ENBA moved field operations onto a single data model: the equipment tree, work-order (ABF/BON) flow, LogUnit-based stock movements and the HR competency matrix were defined on one platform. Enterprise identity was wired through AD + OAuth, the UI was simplified for mobile field use, and reporting was centralized in the dashboard.
Maintenance work orders · equipment & asset management · stock and LogUnit movements · HR competency matrix · field reporting
Failure reports, planned maintenance and repair orders run through ABF/BON flows with tracked approvals.
Field, facility, equipment and part hierarchy with each asset's maintenance history on one screen.
Spare-part and consumable movements link to equipment, raising critical-level alerts.
The personnel competency matrix maps to shifts and task assignment, preventing unsuitable assignment.
Field vehicles, fuel and dispatch movements are tracked alongside operational records.
Open work orders, delays, stock risk and crew performance tracked as trends on one screen.
Simplified screens for one-handed use; offline entries synchronize later.
AD + OAuth identity, role-based authorization and per-action audit trail.
Product owner and implementation provider. Field process analysis, data model design, the mobile-ready interface, the HR competency module and the reporting layer were built by Seed Bilgi Teknolojileri.
Let's adapt the same solution to your processes: a demo first, then a pilot.
