Endpoint & Server Monitoring · Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) formerly ARGUS UEM

SeeNose

See your entire IT estate on one screen and act before an outage happens.

SeeNose collects CPU, RAM, disk and network performance from servers and endpoints within seconds. It auto-discovers devices from the network and Active Directory, draws live topology, analyses per-application resource usage and alerts the right people via SMS, WhatsApp, email and Teams on threshold breaches.

Product story

Classic monitoring tools answer a single question: “Is the server up?” SeeNose goes far beyond that. It turns the whole physical and virtual estate into an inventory, measures the applications running on each asset at process level, infers network topology by itself and makes open firewall ports visible. IT teams act before the outage instead of after it.

Capabilities

Real-time performance

CPU, RAM, disk, network and process metrics arrive within seconds and are shown on live, comparable charts.

Automatic discovery

Devices are discovered via network scan and Active Directory; the Site → Room → Rack → Device tree builds itself.

Live topology

Drag-and-drop nodes and cable mode draw physical links; connections and application relations are inferred automatically.

Application analytics

Which app consumes how much CPU, RAM, disk and network on which server? Measured per process and bound to threshold rules.

Web apps & certificates

IIS / Nginx sites, binding addresses, SSL certificate lifetime and HTTP 200 health are monitored centrally.

Firewall port map

Allowed ports appear on a graphic map; a newly opened port raises an alert and closes once approved.

Policy-based alerting

Threshold rules, auto-resolution and policy matching; alerts without a matching policy never leave the platform.

Agent management

Enrollment tokens, release channels, heartbeat-triggered auto-update and remote commands.

Enterprise security

AD / LDAP / OTP sign-in, role-based authorization, signed agent commands and an immutable audit trail.

What it solves and what it returns

Problems today

  • Asset inventory living in spreadsheets and in people's memory
  • Outages discovered late, via user complaints
  • No process-level knowledge of which application is exhausting a server
  • Metrics, topology, certificates and ports scattered across separate tools
  • Alert fatigue hiding the alerts that matter
  • Capacity planning based on guesswork

Outcome with the product

  • One source of truth: a single inventory down to servers, VMs, network gear and printers
  • A measurable drop in mean time to detect and to remediate
  • Capacity decisions backed by measurement, avoiding unnecessary hardware spend
  • Silent risks such as certificate expiry and open ports become visible
  • Lower IT operational load with an auditable trail of operations

Architecture and technology

Architectural approach

SeeNose has three layers: (1) Windows / Linux / macOS agents on endpoints send heartbeat, metrics and inventory over HTTPS; (2) the ASP.NET Core API stores this in PostgreSQL as time series, evaluates threshold rules and runs notification policies; (3) the SPA dashboard delivers live charts, topology and operations screens. Authentication uses AD / LDAP / OTP, agent commands are signed and every action is written to the audit trail.

Frequently asked questions

Does it run on our own servers?

Yes. SeeNose runs on your own infrastructure (on-prem or private cloud); data never leaves your environment.

How long does agent rollout take?

The agent ships self-contained; a silent MSI/EXE install completes in minutes and auto-enrolls with a token.

Can it coexist with our current monitoring tool?

Yes. It works alongside your existing tooling via SNMP, WMI and API-based collection, with phased migration.

How is licensing structured?

A subscription model based on monitored nodes (servers / endpoints), with a separate plan for multi-tenant deployments.
